At Síana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day return policy.
🔹 Eligibility for Returns
✔ You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products (magnetic eyelashes, lash lift kits, eyeliners, etc.) cannot be returned.
✔ If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
🔹 How to Request a Return?
1️⃣ Contact our support team at support@siana.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll review your request and provide you with a return shipping address if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us at your expense (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
🔹 Refund & Processing
✅ Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
✅ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
✅ If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
🔹 Exchanges & Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
